Sarah Josefsberg

I'm a Lead Service Designer and over the last few years I am proud to have worked as part of the Victorian Government mental health reforms. Previously, I worked for 14 years within the NHS in the UK, building capacity for Human Centered Design. I often work closely with community and third sector organisations and have extensive experience providing facilitation and training to teams around growing impact through use of participatory approaches.

I currently work with designers in government, social sector and health services to enable human centred design, systems co-design and service transformation. I work closely with teams to ensure people who use services are at the heart of service innovation and improvement. I help teams with:

• Coaching in human centred design practices and participatory approaches
• Facilitation and hosting workshops and training sessions focusing on HCD
• Service Design and Innovation consultation and project work
